Purpose of Job Responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance/control programs to ensure effective and efficient policies, processes, and procedures are aligned and followed. Develops quality standards and ensures alignment with internal practices and regulatory requirements. * Evaluates and oversees success measurements. Manages the development and implementation of training programs and materials to meet quality requirements, ensure compliance with legal standards, and align with CoSA/LOB and Enterprise strategy. * Consults with business stakeholders and advises senior management on review results, trends, studies, and initiatives, and recommends courses of action. * Serves as a primary resource for escalated issues of an unusual nature and may provide coaching to team members as needed. Minimum Education : * Bachelors Degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Minimum Experience: * 8 or more years progressive operations or process experience. * 4 years of quality assurance, control or quality improvement experience. * Expert knowledge and experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and influencing decisions on recommended strategies to remedy issues. * Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory laws and best practices. *Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level* When you apply for this position, you will be required to answer some initial questions. Preferred Experience: * 4 or more years of experience managing regulatory and non- regulatory audits and reviews * 4 or years of experience creating issue resolution action plans and closing packages. * Experience developing, maintaining and implementing quality standards, operating policies, and procedures and directs implementation of approved changes. * Experience managing long term initiatives, ad hoc requests, issues, and on-going risk management responsibilities. Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $ 97,200-$175,000*(this does not include geographic differential it may be applied based on your work location) Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors. *Geographical Differential : Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average. Shift premium will be addressed on an individual-basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
