Job Description:
We have an opening for a sharp, self-motivated customer service
specialist. Our ideal candidate would have excellent problem
solving and critical thinking skills, be highly detail-oriented,
have a passion for organization and efficiency, and be able to work
independently with little to no supervision. This position will be
perfect for someone desiring a 20-25 hour work week preferably
afternoon hours each day. Responsibilities Include: --- Updating
and maintaining accounts within our client management database. ---
Researching and compiling mail lists based on geographic and
demographic criteria. --- Compiling and formatting mail lists in
Microsoft Excel. --- Managing client print campaigns. --- Answering
incoming calls and email queries. Requirements: --- Associates
degree preferred. --- 2+ years of experience in customer service
and administrative positions. --- Strong competency in Microsoft
Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite.SDL2017
