Job Description:

The Role: The Integration Solutions Architect is responsible for integrating, administering, and improving Palisade's expanding enterprise and back-office solutions. This includes developing secure, scalable applications and/or integrations to expand the efficiency and capabilities of Palisade's internal systems. This role will play a crucial part in developing, supporting, and enhancing the configuration and integration of Palisade's back-office technology applications including CRM, CPQ, finance, billing, marketing, website, e-commerce, and license fulfillment systems. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, pay close attention to detail, and have strong analytical skills. They will also have an interest in and the ability to understand the business purposes behind each system and its specific functionality and the system as a whole. This role will require in-depth knowledge of business processes and back-office administration of CRM and billing systems in particular. A What You Will Do: Architect and execute back-office software-related projects and system integrations based on identified business objectives to meet success criteria. Provide implementation and operational support to enterprise end-users including testing, support, and training. Manage security requirements to ensure the appropriate level of access for end-users. Assist with integrating the CRM applications with other enterprise applications, as required. Provide technical guidance in data analysis, data gathering, system design, and data import/export routines. Perform changes to database fields, screens, and user administration. Participates in business process modeling sessions, acting as a documentarian, co-facilitator, facilitator, or subject matter expert in sessions. Performs training, coaching, and support of end-users of back-office systems. Review requirements and specifications to ensure they are in line with business objectives. What You Need To Get The Job Done: MUST have experience integrating back-office systems, including CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, and finance. Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, and/or Intacct is STRONGLY preferred. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Three years of experience in back-office system administration preferred. A general understanding of application systems, database development, and design are preferred. Ability to work effectively with changing priorities in a dynamic environment. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. SQL knowledge is preferred.
