8+ years of construction experience working with ground-up Data
Centers
B.S. Degree in Construction Management, or a related field, is
preferred
What you will be doing
Supervising foremen, carpenters and laborers
Mentoring Junior Staff
Provide Leadership
Review/approve all time and material work vouchers/invoices
Quality control, safety, and security practices
Inspect the activities of the subcontractors and suppliers
Review the subcontractor reports of work done
