Job Description:
Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you just
getting started in the industry?
The Neal & Neal Team is looking for both new and seasoned licensed
Sales Agents to join our highly successful and rapidly growing
group.
As part of the team, you can expect to consistently close an extra
2-3 transactions a month from the leads you'll receive from our
systems. NNT is partnered directly with Zillow, which is the
largest real estate marketplace in the world! We are one of only a
few teams in the city that has this exclusive referral relationship
with Zillow, so we do a lot of business with them!
Our Leadership team provides ongoing training, unmatched leverage,
and the support you'll need to help convert these leads and market
to them as your lifelong clients. You'll go through a hands-on
onboarding launch so you learn the ins and outs of our systems and
processes. Close deals within the first 90 days on the team and
receive coaching in real-time on everything that goes into writing
winning offers, negotiating, and managing a seamless contract to
close the process. NNT offers continual learning opportunities,
team events, and happy hours to ensure that you always feel plugged
into our one-of-a-kind culture.

Qualifications:
--- Must have a valid Real Estate license (or be close to obtaining
it)
--- Successful sales, customer service, or teaching experience
--- Positive attitude and great communication skills
--- Willingness to learn and be coachable
--- High sense of urgency (speed to the lead!)
