It all begins with outstanding talent. It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator to execute property service on- and off-boarding duties. As a part of the Corporate Properties Group (CPG) Process and Governance organization, the Expense Management team is accountable to perform comparative analysis and research across CPG financial transactions to identify anomalies and conditions where fraud may be present or opportunities to optimize services can be found. As a part of this oversight, the team monitors various sources for impending or recent changes to building occupancy or overall property status. Specifically, this position will monitor various sources and take direction from Property Managers when changes occur to building condition or occupancy, triggering a change to property service levels. Specifically, this role will work with Property Managers and Category Managers to identify existing service providers and process requested changes to payments. Changes can include increases, reductions, or elimination of payments altogether. This role will also communicate changes to the Corporate Properties Group utility provider as required. This role validates payments stop after processing has occurred.The purpose of the Process and Governance team is to operationalize risk management practices and optimize service delivery throughout the property lifecycle so that Corporate Properties Group (CPG) can deliver world class real estate and workplace services. The team is accountable to assess and escalate systemic risk, drive sequence of change, and promote continuous improvement in support of CPG strategic goals.The Process and Governance function within CPG coordinates the management and oversight of key strategic initiatives, governance, reporting, and cross-functional activities. This team has five key functions:

  • Governance
  • Business Process Management
  • Cross-CPG Initiative and Change Management
  • Quality Assurance
  • Expense Management In this role, you will:
    • Execute requests for changes to property service payments resulting from changes in occupancy or building status
    • Support monitoring of building and occupancy changes to identify impending or recent changes
    • Administer small projects for clean-up or bulk requests
    • Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
    • Monitor and document adherence to desktop procedures and established controls
    • Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the building changes
    • Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
    • Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
    • Provide support for a variety of diverse support functionsRequired Qualifications, US:
      • 4+ years of Community Relations, Business Operations or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
        • MS Office Suite
        • Experience administering small projects for clean-up or bulk requests
        • Experience with coordinating and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
        • Experience interacting with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
        • Experience reviewing and combing reports
        • Solid interpersonal skills
