care that our volunteers receive from their routine care center. Be
a part of the discovery! Summary: Assists with the day-to-day
accounting functions as required for supporting Pinnacle's
departments and business operations. Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in
compliance with financial policies and procedures Performing day to
day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying,
computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
Preparing invoices and bank deposits Verify discrepancies by and
resolve clients' billing issues Facilitate payment of invoices due
by sending bill reminders and contacting clients Generate financial
statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Education/Experience: Two to four years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver's license. Knowledge,
Skills, and Other Abilities: Proven working experience as Accounts
Receivable Clerk Solid understanding of basic accounting
principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations Proven
ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and
financial records Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting
software (JDE or other full-scale ER software) Proficiency in
English and in MS Office High degree of accuracy and attention to
detail Written and oral communication skills Organizational skills
People skills including possessing a positive, friendly, and
professional demeanor Ability to be flexible with changing
priorities Ability to communicate in a diplomatic and professional
manner Strong interpersonal skills Strong mathematical knowledge
knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome,
Mozilla Foxfire, and web-based enterprise solutions software. Work
Environment and Physical demands: The work environment and physical

Work is performed in an office. Occasional travel may be required
domestic and/or international. Ability to work in an upright and/or
stationary position for 6-10 hours per day. Frequent mobility
required. Occasional squatting, kneeling, or bending. Light to
moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects
including medical equipment with a maximum lift of 20-50 lbs. Perks
