CardSummary: Seeking an experienced professional with a strong
working knowledge of credit and debit card operations, responsible
for driving implementation and launch in market of credit card
programs by collaborating with external partners, internal bank
stakeholders, senior management, and project management teams.Wage
Type: SalariedEssential Duties & Responsibilities:To perform this

essential functions. Primary business resource for credit card and
debit card implementation projects. Identify and document program
related processes and workstreams. Collaborate with program
required vendors to understand integration and implementation
requirements Develop strong functional business knowledge and
technical understanding of technology platforms, operations, and
servicing to assist in delivery of technology solutions for card
products for TransPecos Bank. Understand, coordinate, and
communicate sprint, testing and implementation schedules to ensure
successful technology solutions build progress aligned with
business strategy and objectives Identify potential roadblocks and
develop recommendations Partner with teams (product, design,
technology, risk, legal, compliance, ops, marketing, sales.) to
manage prioritization, resourcing, controls, readiness, and
go-to-market plans Carries out responsibilities in a manner
consistent with our values and operating principles, in accordance
with policy and applicable laws, and with a commitment to
commitment to continuous improvement and process excellence. Proven
ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with clear
structure and clarity Ability to analyze opportunities & problems,
recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently
(both verbal and written) Ability to influence and partner /
collaborate to drive cross-functional teams Ability to productively
work in a matrix management organization Other duties as
assigned.
Organizational Structure:Reports to: Head of Card
ProgramsSupervises: NoneQualifications:Education: Bachelor's
degree, or 8+ years of commensurate experience Working knowledge of
Credit Card issuing, Card Operations/Service, IT and its supporting
Lines of Businesses strongly preferredRequired Knowledge/Skills:
Strong working knowledge of credit card operations and program
requirements, including knowledge of processing, networks and
back-end bank operations supporting the programs Knowledge of
payment networks rules, regulations, and processes Ability to write
user stories and contribute to overall work in the team sprints.
Understanding of card product platform with UI's, API's, services,
and data-driven insights that deliver unique experiences across the
end-to-end card customer journeyTalents: Strong positivity Mission
