will be responsible for coordinating the implementation and
administration of all aspects of the company-wide Bank Secrecy Act
(BSA) Compliance program. This position monitors compliance and
activities of the BSA Program, ensuring compliance with state and
federal laws and regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA),
USA Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act (AML), Currency
Transaction Report (CTR), Customer Identification Program (CIP) and
Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC). This position is open to
hybrid flexibility. What you will be doing:Ensures the required
recordkeeping, processing and reporting of Currency Transaction
Reports. Conducts OFAC verifications and 314a verifications.
Assists with monitoring higher risk customers and reports generated
for BSA compliance. Assists with monitoring customer due diligence
and enhanced due diligence. Responsible for AML investigations,
including customer and account level research. Provide analysis and
documentation as needed for due diligence, enhanced due diligence,
and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). Assists with maintaining
the BSA software and responding to the software reports and alerts.
Assists with ensuring the required recordkeeping, processing and
reporting of all suspicious activity. Attend applicable regulatory
training, seminars, and/or conferences and read periodicals to
maintain a current, thorough understanding of money laundering and
terrorist financing issues, including policies, procedures,
regulations, industry best practices, criminal activities and
developing trends.Performs all other duties as required. What
you'll bring along:Must have a four year college degree or 4-6
years of comparable work experience. 2-4 years' of investigative
and analytical experience preferred in lieu of formal BSA
Analyst/BSA Officer experience. Experience with case management and
database systems (maintaining and researching information).
Excellent PC skills required, including proficiency in MS Word and
Excel. Ability to maintain confidentiality in respect to the
member's financial affairs. Must be available to work overtime and
