**Job Details****Description****We are seeking a Member Service
Representative for the Member Service Center Department.**In a
contact center environment, the Member Service Representative is
accountable for assisting Credit Human members in resolving issues,
answering questions and referring Credit Human products and
services to meet members' needs and enhance their financial health
and well-being. The job incumbent is responsible for complying with
all policies, procedures, and processes which relate to their
specific position, duties, and responsibilities.If you have

away!**Highlights:*** Assist members and non-members calling the
Contact Center with their requests in a professional, efficient,
and timely manner* Perform financial transactions, inquiries and
file maintenance on accounts in accordance with regulatory
compliance* Maintain knowledge of credit union products, services,
policies and procedures**Experience:**Required* 1-3 years of
customer service experience and/or financial service experience
and/or contact center customer service experience* Some sales
experience**Education:**Required* High School Diploma or
equivalent**Licenses & Certifications:** none**Skills &
Knowledge:**Required* Excellent customer service* Excellent written
and verbal communication skills* PC skills and 10-key by touch*
Type 30 or better words per minute **Schedule:** Monday-Friday,
7:00am-7:00pm, rotating Saturdays 9:00am- 3:00pm**Level of Work:**
