Date: August 2022 Job Summary: As a Client Services Coordinator
(CSC) you will focus on the proactive management of accounts and
understanding client goals. Our CSC will be responsible for
Onboarding of new accounts and campaigns and providing building
excellent client relationships to retain account loyalty and
retention. Our CSC will support operations teams and other Client
Services teammates to ensure adherence to project deadlines and
KPIs, positive outcomes and demonstrable ROI for clients.
Duties/Responsibilities: --- Provide departmental operations
support for campaign logistics, monitoring, reporting, quality
assurance, billing, meeting agendas, notes, estimates, proposals,
timelines, and internal and external communication. ---
Thoughtfully receive, respond to, and execute requests in a
friendly and timely manner. --- Facilitate smooth client handoffs
from Sales to Operations teams. --- Learn from internal subject
matter experts about our services/products to deepen your own
expertise. --- Communicate (written and oral) with clients and
colleagues in an open, clear, friendly, confident manner. --- Takes
initiative, anticipates needs, and recommends solutions proactively
--- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a focus on results.
--- May need to ruffle feathers occasionally but must be able to do
so very diplomatically. --- Show poise under pressure in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. --- Stay organized and
manage multiple projects and deadlines at once. --- Prioritize and
re-prioritize as new information rolls in. --- Translate our
internal "technical speak" into client-friendly explanations.
Required Skills/Abilities: --- Execution of email campaigns, postal
campaigns, display, social, CTV/OTT advertising. --- Integrating
data and custom audience segmentation into marketing initiatives.
--- Creating project plans for marketing campaigns. --- Estimating
project costs and preparing proposals. --- Strong sense of
accountability and responsibility. --- Ability to work efficiently
alone and collaborates as part of a team. --- Thinks critically and
objectively. Demonstrates strategic decision-making. --- Openness
to coaching, training, learning on the job, and adapts easily. ---
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful
environment with multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity,
and rapid change. Education and Experience: --- Entry-level or 1
year of advertising, marketing, customer success or data agency
experience, or comparable experience in a professional environment.
--- Marketing, advertising, communication majors or related
experience preferred --- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite,
Google Suite, and related software. Physical Requirements: ---
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
--- Must be able to lift up-to 25 pounds at times. Other duties
