Training will be 100% on-site.--Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices at--a high-volume level
• Audit batches to ensure accuracy
• Reconcile statements
• Maintain invoice copies & approval correspondences
• Review and audit payment files
• Process Payments via Check, EFT, & Credit Card
• Process returned payments and refunds
• Vendor Setup
• 1099 Reporting

    • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 3+ years of accounts payable experience
    • 2+ years of full cycle accounts payable--experience
    • 1+ years of customer service experience
    • 1+ years of--experience in a Windows environment
    • Ability to work on-site 2-3 days a week at our--Denver, Colorado officePreferred Qualifications:
      • Efficient in Excel including pivot tables & VLOOKUP's
      • Experience in the following ERP systems - Microsoft Dynamics SL, PeopleSoft and Concur InvoiceSoft Skills:
        • Problem solving skills
        • Teamwork and collaboration skills
