The Boeing's Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers division is
looking for Systems Integration Engineers to join the team in San
Antonio, TX and the unique opportunity to work on the next
generation Presidential Aircraft.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience
levels including; Experienced and Senior Systems Integration
Engineers.

Position Responsibilities:
Execute the design integration work statement and support the
program as it transitions to airplane mod focusing on
hardware/software integration including systems functional test
Strong communication and organizational skills and lead
cross-functional teams through complex design challenges, including
presentations/reporting to program leadership
Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design,
develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and
system solutions
Evaluate customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system
performance to assure compatibility of all physical, functional and
program interfaces
Perform various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or
system architecture
Resolve cross-functional technical issues that are direct to the
successful build of the aircraft

Drive closure of top aircraft technical issues; aligning
engineering and production changes in fast-paced environment;
evaluating test outcomes with design and build requirements
Perform project engineering tasks including cost, schedule, risk,
earned value management, driving affordability measures
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate
will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location
options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security
Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is
required
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): ---
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in
engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science
3+ years of experience in either airplane development program
processes or airplane programs products and processes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience
Active Secret or Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance
Experience with Commercial or Commercial Derivative aircraft (i.e.
747, VC-25, C-32, 767, KC-46)
Strong Mechanical, Structural Design, IVT modelling, and Systems
Engineering/Integration skills
Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired
through advanced technical education from an accredited course of
study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or
chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related
work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education
and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience).
In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not
required, accreditation standard.
Senior (Level 4) : Education/experience typically acquired through
advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in
engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
(e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and
experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7
years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is
the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal
candidates.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary pay range
(Experienced, Level 3): $97,750 - 132,250; Summary pay range
(Senior, Level 4): 119,850 - 162,150
