Clinical Transition Unit (CTU) Building: Stone Oak General Information Tell us about the unit(s): - Number of Beds - 10 - Number of Staff - 3 - Type of staff: o Day Shift - 2 RN, 1 PCT o Night Shift - 2 RN, 1 PCT - Patient Ratios - 5/1 - Type of equipment - Telemetry Monitor, EKG machine - EMR - MediTech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. - Excellent communication skills - Critical Thinker - Ability to work in fast-paced environment - Self-Directed and motivated - Ability to work independently - Ability to Multitask Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. - Experience working with ED, Cardiac Telemetry, and Med -Surg patients. - - List typical procedures performed on unit(s): - No invasive procedures performed on unit. Unit is an In-patient transitional unit. - Best personality Fit: - REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: - BLS - ACLS Floating Area(s): - ER Holds, Tele, PCU, and Med Surg. Dress Code : - Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. - Weekends and On call(if any) - There is a 2-weekend work requirement a month.
