Remote Instructional Designer

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and develop effective training programs
Create technical and procedural eLearning for various training programs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content using various instructional techniques

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or eLearning Developer
Proven experience with Articulate and creating technical training programs
Knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning theory
Experience with Vyond, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
