Purpose of JobWe are seeking a talented Bank Business Process Consultant to work remotely in a 100% Remote Work Environment.Applies expert knowledge of bank processes and products and acts as a trusted advisor by providing consultation services to internal clients in areas of strategic sourcing, alternatives and solutions, supplier management, affiliate agreement adherence, third party risk management, and bank operations. Collects and consolidates demand and identifies opportunities within the Bank. Executes, oversees, and monitors the development of business process related solutions for internal clients and members. Once you begin the questions you will not be able to finish them at a later time and you will not be able to change your responses.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree OR 4 additional years' experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.8 years of experience in business process consultation, process design, developing business processes, procedures, measures, metrics.Expert knowledge of bank products and processes.Experience leading programs/projects, business process owner/consultant or working in an agile environment.Extensive experience in applying quality management, process improvement, and leveraging process improvement tools and methodologies.Experience applying retail bank subject matter expertise to simplify the customer experience, standardize process execution, and automate where possible. Expert experience/ knowledge of Risk Management frameworks and Banking Regulatory requirements.Demonstrated experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes.Preferred Experience:Proven experience in a high performing environment focused on risks, regulatory requirements, and controls within banking.Ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks through a combination of individual execution and collaborative partnering.Understanding of risk management principles, processes including process risk assessment, control design and delivery, performance reporting, and linkage to key risk indicators and risk statements.Project and program management experience delivering complex work efforts leveraging recognized program and/or project methodologies.Proven problem solver - ability to break down complex problems by component, determine root cause, drive develop/implement clear steps to solution.Experience communicating in a highly dynamic environment undergoing change; ability to partner & consult effectively at all levels of the organization in a highly complex business environment, dealing with competing prioritiesStrong attention to detail, deadlines with a focus on effective and succinct communication to peers and senior leaders through various media including email and PowerPoint.The above description reflects the details considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job and should not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be performed in the job.Compensation:USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $106,800 - $192,300*(this does not include geographic differential it may be applied based on your work location)Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors. *Geographical Differential: Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.
