DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Will provide support with desktop and peripheral installation and troubleshooting. Provide face-to-face, telephone and remote support to users.Install and download approved software.Create new user accounts, assist user with accessing computer and associated applications during initial orientation, terminate user accounts Travel to and from remote locations as neededPerform all other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS: Strong background in Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications. One year of experience preferred. Strong technical aptitude. MacOS experience desirable.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSAbility to effectively communicate with employees at all levels within the organization regarding technical IT mattersAbility to work as part of a teamGood analytical skillsMethodical and disciplined approach to problem solvingAbility to triage issues, assign appropriate priority level and manage daily ticket queue effectively
