Job Description:

VMware Strategy & Transformation team is looking for an analyst who will be responsible for developing end to end processes, by partnering with Business teams to ensure strategies are seamlessly executed. The organization is motivated by operational effectiveness, efficiency, driving streamline processes and alignment. The analyst will work with business teams to create cross functional maps in Order to Fulfill process flows including as is and future state as part of our readiness planning.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of process mapping and design management experience in engineering or technical industryExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; the ability to work with all levels within the companySelf-starter, team player, information seeker, takes ownershipUnderstanding of Quote to Cash, Supply Chain, Go to MarketAbility to work with limited supervision and direction, driving results and setting priorities independentlyPositive attitude, innovative and proactive approach to changing prioritiesProcess mapping experience
Tools:Visio/Blueworks or similar process mapping tools.
