Overview

Group O is searching for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its growing team.

Our Group O team is looking for someone who is forward-thinking, innovative, and inquisitive, with a knack for problem solving. The Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze campaign performance, tracking specific customer actions taken after a campaign to deliver critical insights to the marketing teams to inform future marketing. This position requires you to be the translation layer between marketing and data analysis and give you the opportunity to shape future marketing activity. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with marketing and analytics teams across the business, providing key insights and presenting their findings to marketers and leadership.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

* Be an outgoing and self-motivated candidate with a nose for problem-solving
* Comfortable and confident data analysis, with a working knowledge of statistics
* Have experience with data analysis in SQL, Palantir, and similar
* Have experience creating and using data visualization tools like Tableau
* Find creative ways to look at campaign performance, finding both the obvious results as well as identify unintended consequences and trends across campaigns
* Work closely with teammates to identify areas for process improvements or higher efficiency
* Partner with and educate marketers across the business, guiding their projects and ensuring successful campaigns
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision in a highly-matrixed, fast paced, evolving organization
* Must have a keen eye for details and be able maintain organized documentation
* Be able to effectively manage the progress of multiple projects
* Other tasks based on needs of the business

Qualifications

Education:

* College Degree

Skills:

* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience creating and using Tableau Dashboards
* Strong SQL skills, Python a bonus
* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and design appropriate solutions
* Excellent communication skills, including ability to tailor communication to audience to achieve desired results

Experience:

* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar
