Do you excel at defining and reengineering processes in order to successfully enable them using a Smartsheet solution you develop? In this business embedded role, you will partner with stakeholders to define processes and lead activities include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending and presenting information for operational and business planning. Through this you will develop and implement effective/strategic Smartsheet solutions as part of a growing Smartsheet consulting team. The successful candidate for this role will have experience analyzing business processes to creatively enable them with Smartsheet solutions and will be someone who can embed themselves with our business partners to truly understand and enable their business processes. This role will afford the right candidate the ability to collaborate across UnitedHealth Group, supporting work within both Optum and UnitedHealthcare. Beyond the technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to form relationships quickly and operate deep in the details while maintaining an understanding of the larger business strategy. Emotional intelligence and the ability to partner and collaborate well with colleagues who are less comfortable with new and emerging technologies is essential for the right person to succeed in this role. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create use cases based on solutions delivered, tracking related efficiencies gained and other benefits derived from the solution
  • Serve as a Smartsheet subject matter expert (SME) on Smartsheet product capabilities
  • Translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Smartsheet platform
  • Participate in technical design sessions with our Smartsheet solutions architects; and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Develop tools, processes, and best practices to ensure business customers are realizing the greatest possible value from Smartsheet
  • Lead activities including requirements collection, data management, solutioning, build, test, launch, and production/operations support
  • Continuously coordinate and share relevant technology trends within the Smartsheet ecosystem and work management tools
  • Develop processes and standard methodologies to ensure customers are realizing the greatest possible value from digital workflows You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience in business process architecture, or process reengineering
    • 3+ years of Smartsheet Core Product experience Preferred Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
      • Smartsheet Product Certification
      • PMP Certification
      • Green Belt Certification
      • 3+ years of experience using Smartsheet Premium products like Dynamic View, Data Mesh, Pivot and Calendar
      • 2+ years of experience using Control Center and Creating Blueprints
      • 1+ year(s) of experience using 10,000 Ft for Resource Management
      • 1+ year(s) of experience using Bridge
      • 1+ year(s) of experience using Smartsheet Premium products like WorkApps and Data Uploader

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
