What you need to know

  • The salary range for position is commensurate. Final salary will be determined based on the applicant's qualifications and experience.

    Job Summary

    This position's primary job responsibilities are the external shipping of YTS program outreach kits and related technical support to schools (predominately high schools) in 26 states. Responsibilities will include to assist in tracking all incoming and outcoming orders, ensuring correct and complete orders are sent, and ensuring all orders are distributed in a timely and organized manner.

    In addition, work will also include to assist in the management of YTS program inventory including but not limited to promotional inventory, educational resource inventory (driving simulators, pedal karts, etc.) that schools can borrow for outreach efforts in their school/community, and general inventory. This is an in person, office daily job located in San Antonio.

    Essential Duties
    • Manage and oversee all school/campus processes to external partners and internal partners including outreach equipment and resource kits. 70%
    • Help assist manage and direct overall education-outreach item inventory including maintaining accurate records of all resources and inventory in system databases. 15%
    • Prepping incoming inventory/ sub kits to be used throughout the year. 10%
    • Transport equipment to schools, if & when needed (e.g., driving simulators and pedal karts) 4%
    • Other duties as assigned 1%

      Required Education & Experience
      • Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience. (HS diploma + 4 YOE)
      • No prior experience required.

        Required knowledge, skills, and abilities
        • Attentive to detail.
        • High level of organizational skills and ability to adhere to schedules.
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
        • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

          Physical Requirements
          • Ability to move 20-30+ pound boxes and equipment.
          • Standing and bending over for long periods of time.

            Preferred Qualifications
            • Experience in Salesforce
            • 1 year experience in related field
            • Knowledge of basic shipping procedures.
            • Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

              Required Licenses/Certifications
              • Current and valid DL.
