• Accelerated Career Growth!Job DetailsYour Education and/or experience:Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Architecture, Engineering, or EconomicsMinimum 15-20 years industry experienceExperienced with commercial construction estimating and preconstruction on large Construction Management and Design Build projects with budgets ranging from $50 million to $500 millionYour Skills to Utilize:Experience with estimating design build, negotiated, hard bid, and CM@R projectsTeam Leadership and CollaborationProficient with Estimating Technologies (Timberline, OST, BIM, Innovaya, SmartBid, Cost Database, Contractor Database, etc)Proficient with scheduling softwareMentoring of less experienced team membersStrong organizational and verbal communication skillsAbility to read and interpret project documents (plans, specifications, RFP, RFI, BOD, etc.)Proficient in the use of Excel spreadsheetsAbility to work on several projects at the same timeAbility to work within a deadline and under moderate pressureSuccessful experience as an estimatorProficient with Estimating and Preconstruction Technologies (Sage Estimating, OST, Building Connected, Join, Assemble, etc.)Interested in hearing more?
