Salary Range: Up to $50,000 annualized, based on 20 hours per week,
commensurate with education, experience and qualifications.
Hours: 20 hours per week, exempt.
Required Application Materials:
Essential Functions
To assist Principal Investigators, postdocs, and graduate students
in the department with Bioinformatics/Data Analytics support on
their scientific projects. The ideal candidate for this position is
expected to have experience in genomic data analysis, particularly
next-generation genome sequencing data whole genome sequencing,
exome sequencing, ChIP, Cut & Run, ATAC, Whole Genome Bisulfite,
and RNA sequencing from both bulk and single-cell datasets.

Physical Demands:
This position will require working both remotely in Texas and on
campus (approximately five or more days on campus per month).
Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.
