If you have a passion for driving, a commitment to excellence, and a friendly demeanor, we encourage you to apply and become a key player in our daily operations.Job Responsibilities- Safely operate a delivery vehicle along a specified route to pick up and deliver dry cleaning items to and from customers- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance- Load and unload garments and other dry-cleaning items in an organized manner to prevent damage or loss- Maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries- Provide exceptional service to customers by handling their items with care and addressing any concerns or questions they may have- Schedule and plan route efficiently to meet delivery times and maximize productivity- Communicate effectively with the dry-cleaning team regarding any customer feedback or issues encountered on the route- Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and regulations while driving- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle, and report any maintenance or repair needs to management- Keep an accurate log of mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant data for reporting purposes- Coordinate with the dry-cleaning facility to ensure accurate order fulfillment and to relay any special instructions or customer requests- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times while representing the dry-cleaning company- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices for handling and transporting dry cleaningWe offer:- On-the-job training provided- Medical insurance offered- Employee discounts and other perks offered- Paid time off- Commission and Bonuses- Paid vacations----- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- At least 21 years of age (depending on local laws and insurance requirements)- High school diploma or equivalent- Able to pass a background check and drug screening- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds- Experience with navigation and GPS devices- Familiarity with the local area and ability to plan efficient routes- Strong time management and punctuality- Excellent customer service skills, professional demeanor & appearance--- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings or late afternoons- Basic mechanical skills to perform vehicle maintenance checks- Aptitude for maintaining accurate delivery logs and records- Commitment to adhering to safety procedures and traffic laws- Experience in the dry-cleaning industry is a plus, but not requiredCompensation details: 14-14 Hourly WagePI2128247f710e-25660-29913264
