MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our luxury student housing community in San Marcos, Texas. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining and caring for a mixture of 1,2-,3-,4- and 5-bedroom apartments, as well as maintaining the physical integrity of the grounds. Applicant should strive to make our clients happy, completing work orders in a timely manner, and handling emergencies as needed. The supervisor will also oversee all maintenance personnel.
