Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Our Texas client is expanding
and we are searching for multiple Call Center Customer Service
Representatives for a six months to one year assignment. This role
is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service,
accurate information and assistance to customers over the phone.

and priorities. Communicate effectively both verbally and in
written format. Operate independently without close supervision.
Comfortable providing written communication and documentation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all
business dealings. Manage multitasking and complete simple to
complex request Experience with Microsoft Office applications
including: Word, Excel & Outlook. Experience Preferences:
Background in high-volume call center operations. Physical
Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on
a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent from
a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization Schedule:
Shifts between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Additional Information: We are an
