Job DescriptionJob Description:At i2c Inc., people are our
strength. We are currently seeking On Site Customer Service
Representatives for day and evening shifts to provide great service

DIFFERENTIAL INCENTIVES and EMPLOYEE REFERRAL
- Provide customer support to consumer cardholders by answering
incoming inquires through multiple channels including phone and
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while
actively listening to their concerns.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the
company's customer service policies.
- Ensure i2c customer inquiries and issues are fully answered and
- Record customer information within our customer service
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that
support operational requirements.
- Share shift summaries and reports with respective Supervisors
- Partner with relevant groups by providing timely reports and
alerts regarding customer transaction inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive
nature of the workRequired Education/Skills/Abilities:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Relevant Call Center - Customer Service Representative (CSR)
experience. At least Six (6) Months of call center experience
- Excellent verbal skills and professional demeanor with a good
understanding of delivering excellent. customer service.
- Familiar with basic computer operations.
- Fun upbeat personality.
- Comfortable providing written communication and
documentation.Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting
at a desk and working on a computer.Benefits:

- 6AM- 6PM Regular Pay $16.00 - 16.50 (Bi-lingual)
- 6PM to 2AM Regular Pay + Evening differential: $0.50
- 2AM to 6Am Regular Pay + Night differential: $0.75
- Weekend Differential: Regular Pay + $1.00id2000
