RepresentativeInsurance is a product that everyone needs but not
everyone understands. When people are shopping for insurance, they
want a friendly, reliable, and educational experience. This is
where you come in! You will be our customer's entrance to the world
of insurance and save them money in the process.A typical day will
include:
- Joining daily huddles to get everyone on the same page as a
team
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to provided warm
leads
- Transferring hot leads to our Sales team
- Gathering contact information, market data, qualifiers, and
other information from prospects; maintaining accurate data in the
CRM system.
- Meeting with your manager as needed to discuss anything you
would likeThis would be the perfect fit for you if:You have a

most. In this role, you have the opportunity to put customers on
the path of protecting their assets and establishing a peace of
mind.You are motivated and have a hunter's mentality. You do not
get easily flustered. You can address objections while keeping the
customers best interests at heart. Sales can be a grind and you
will make a lot of phone calls, but don't worry, we will give you
all the tools you need while making it fun, achievable, and safe

- Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities- We pay $15-$20/hr starting
salary and our top SDR's average $800 in monthly bonuses!
- Vacation - We start everyone with 9 days with more days added
with tenure.

you've worked here 9 months.
