Job Description:

A video chat software development company is in need of a Remote GTM Sales Marketing Customer Support Head.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Translate business priorities into IT applications roadmap and make investment recommendations
Manage a variety of best-in-breed cloud vendors and service providers to maximize the value of the investments
Create the vision and strategy for our enterprise systems including CRM, Marketing, CS and Learning platforms
Position Requirements Include:

10+ years of SaaS business applications experience
Experience developing, coaching and mentoring a team
Extensive experience and proven track record in the development and support of enterprise application systems and services
Engineering / CS / MIS Degree (Bachelor's) and 15+ years of relevant industry experience
Experience managing the compliance requirements and programs required to protect sensitive data
Experience in presenting systems/IT concepts to senior business executives
