--- Tangible Showing Leads: What this means is live call-ins from clients that want to see properties (often same-day). These are NOT normal internet leads
--- Mentorship Program: You will receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training to make sure you're ramped up and integrated quickly
--- Transaction Management Team: A full support staff to assist you with everything from the pre-listing process, contract to close, booking inspections, following up with title and lender, etc

Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
--- List and sell residential real estate,
--- Follow the team's proven processes
--- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
--- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
--- Educate clients on real estate procedures

--- Must have a valid Real Estate license (or be close to obtaining it)
--- Successful sales, customer service, or teaching experience
--- Positive attitude and great communication skills
--- Willingness to learn and be coachable
--- High sense of urgency (speed to the lead!)
