*Who we are: *

Propertymate is a marketplace that helps homebuyers find, compare, and buy new construction homes. We are driven by the goal of building the main destination for new construction home buyers to decrease the homeownership barrier. Providing an exceptional home buying experience to our buyers is a very important part of our mission. Currently, we are active in Austin, DFW, Houston, Orlando and Jacksonville and Tampa areas.

*Your experience: *

You have a decent amount of real estate experience and have closed at least 5 new construction transactions in the past 2 years. You consider yourself extremely well versed in sales with a documented history of smashing your sales goals and providing amazing customer service.

*What you do: *

Propertymate is looking for an in-house licensed real estate agent to drive sales in their region. You will receive highly qualified buyers looking to purchase new construction. Your job will be to match their wants and needs to available inventory, show houses, and close deals. The key to your success is building close relationships with the builder sales representatives in many major communities, providing incredible customer service, and creating raving fans of our company.

*What does success look like?*

A top-performing agent is going to be disciplined in how they structure their day. Top priority will be moving opportunities down the funnel toward a successfully closed transaction. This means meeting with clients, building relationships, and helping them to find and make decisions on new homes. A portion of your day will be spent interacting with our concierge team, qualifying new leads, and building your pipeline. Time will be spent nurturing and building relationships with new home salespeople, understanding what inventory is available now and in the future, and updating our team with that information. You will have a team to assist you, but you should expect to be closing exponentially more transactions this year than a typical agent.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
