This IS AN ON-SITE POSITION Description:Inbound and outbound phone calls from Veterans in all 50 states assisting with any questions and concernsRescheduling and canceling appointments Explaining what packets and papers came in the mail.They will handle Transportation requests from the Vets to attend appointments.They will also handle mileage check requests.
