Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated Real Estate Inside Sales Agent. You'll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Responsibilities:

Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
--- Follow up with prospects via phone calls, texts, and emails to create and nurture relationships with the intention of converting them into qualified leads
--- Prospect for new buyer/seller opportunities within specific geographic areas
--- Follow CRM protocols to ensure the database and pipeline is always up to date
--- Act as a liaison between clients and agents until a lead has been converted
--- Provide daily and weekly updates on long-term prospects to agents and other team members who may be involved with that client
--- Set qualified appointments for buyer and listing agents
--- Qualify incoming leads and provide quick response time and updates

Qualifications:
--- Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
--- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
--- Self-motivated, highly determined, and driven
--- Excellent at building rapport
--- Strong time-management skills
--- Exceptional punctuality
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills - -

--- Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly -
--- Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure
--- Real Estate sales experience preferred but not required
