property market, is seeking a motivated and strategic Business
Development Representative to join our innovative team. As part of
our business development department, you will play a crucial role
in identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities, ensuring our
continued commitment to building sustainable and high-quality
living spaces. This role demands a proactive approach to creating
and fostering relationships that align with Roers Companies'
strategic goals. Identify and target potential business
opportunities in the multifamily residential sector. Build and
maintain relationships with potential clients and industry
professionals. Collaborate with the marketing and project
management teams to develop strategies that align with company
goals. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and
stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to
inform strategic decisions. Negotiate contracts to ensure they
align with the company's objectives. Attend industry events and
conferences to represent Roers Companies and gather insights.
Regularly report on pipeline and sales metrics to senior
management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to
analyze data and market trends Strong negotiation and presentation
skills Effective time management and organizational abilities
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) is
preferred. Real Estate Broker License is advantageous.
