Manager Sales Manager The Sales Manager leads and supports a
high-performing sales team focused on pool services, repairs, and
renovation projects. This role is responsible for driving revenue
growth, improving conversion rates, and ensuring a smooth customer
experience from lead to close. The Sales Manager uses AI tools and
data insights to improve follow-up, forecasting, customer
communication, and overall sales efficiency; helping the team work
smarter and close more. Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & Team
Development - Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales reps and
coordinators to hit weekly and monthly sales goals - Provide
ongoing training and support on sales skills, customer
communication, and product/service knowledge - Conduct regular
one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins - Support
hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales team members - Set
clear expectations and build a positive, accountability-driven team
culture Sales Strategy & Performance - Drive growth across pool
service, repairs, and renovation projects - Improve close rates
through consistent follow-up, stronger estimates, and better
customer experience - Track key metrics: lead response time,
pipeline activity, close rate, average ticket size, and revenue per
sales rep - Implement sales processes that improve speed,
communication, and consistency - Work closely with operations and
scheduling teams to ensure jobs are sold and scheduled accurately -
Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to
protect the customer experience and improve conversion AI &
Technology-Enabled Sales Management - Use AI tools to improve how
leads are managed, followed up, and converted - Leverage AI
insights and CRM dashboards to spot trends, coach performance, and
forecast revenue - Encourage reps to use AI tools to improve sales
calls, proposal writing, emails, and customer communication -
Optimize sales workflows with automation (lead routing, reminders,
follow-up sequences, estimate templates) - Ensure accurate and
complete CRM data so AI tools and reporting stay reliable Customer
Experience & Sales Quality - Ensure customers receive clear,
professional estimates and recommendations that match their needs -
Promote honest, consultative selling - Improve the sales handoff
process to operations to ensure a smooth start-to-finish experience
- Maintain quality standards for documentation, pricing accuracy,
and job notes Requirements: Qualifications: - 10 years of sales
experience (home services preferred) - 5 year of sales leadership
experience preferred - Strong coaching and team development skills
- Confident in communicating with customers about repairs, and
renovation options - Comfortable using CRM tools, reporting
dashboards, and modern sales tech - Highly organized,
detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced
environment Preferred Experience - Knowledge of pool systems,
equipment, and repair/renovation services (or willingness to learn
quickly) - Experience with high-ticket, project-based sales
(renovations, resurfacing, equipment replacement, etc.) -
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as: - CRM automation and
lead scoring - Call summaries and coaching tools - Proposal
builders and automated follow-up systems - ChatGPT or similar tools
