Join Our High-Producing Real Estate Team As our Client Care
Specialist (CCS), you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping clients
connected and agents supported. Every lead you speak with has
already inquired about buying or selling a home. Think of this role
as a bit like being the air traffic controller of our office:
juggling inbound calls, booking appointments, and managing the
follow-up steps that keep everything running smoothly. Key
Responsibilities - Follow-Up with Warm Leads – Nurture and schedule
appointments with people who’ve already expressed interest (no cold
calling). - Answer Inbound Calls – Serve as the first point of
contact for clients calling in. - Book Appointments & Follow
Through – Ensure all necessary follow-up steps are completed once
an appointment is scheduled. - Maintain CRM Accuracy – Record
notes, track conversations, and keep client and agent files
current. - Balance Competing Priorities – Handle inbound calls,
outbound follow-up, ensure all messages are being responded to and
daily task completion in a fast-paced environment. - Provide
Concierge-Level Service – Ensure every client feels cared for,
heard, and professionally guided. What We’re Looking For - Natural

you. - Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with CRMs, Google Suite, and
multiple monitors. - Strong Communicator – Clear, confident, and
professional on the phone and in writing. - Problem Solver – Can
adjust quickly when schedules or client needs change. - Adaptable
Learner – Can follow scripts, pick up new processes quickly, and
adjust as needed. - Team Player – Service-oriented and aligned with
helping the whole team succeed. - Positive Energy – Bring a can-do
attitude into a fast-paced environment. - Reliability – Shows up on
time consistently, follows through on commitments, stays focused,
