Job Description Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION The Specialty
Sales Representative is responsible for developing and managing an
assigned sales territory. This role will identify new business
opportunities, maintain strong relationships with healthcare
providers, and effectively present product information to enhance
brand awareness and drive performance. The Specialty Sales role
requires strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of the
healthcare market, and the ability to meet and exceed sales
targets. RESPONSIBILITIES · Effectively educate and engage
healthcare professionals about clinical evidence, approved
indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support
on-label prescribing for patients · Work independently to drive
sales performance and ensure sales goals meet or exceed territory
expectations · Prioritize time and effort to ensure total coverage
of appropriate physician targets based on opportunity and potential
through in-person discussions · Develop and maintain in-depth
knowledge of market, demographic, and clinical care information
relative to assigned territory · Anticipate potential barriers to
achievement of goals and proposes responsible solutions for success
· Promote and sell products to current and potential healthcare
providers within a defined geography · Build credibility and trust
through consistent follow through, value-based interactions, and
strong working relationships with physicians and healthcare
providers. · Understand and comply with pharmaceutical industry
guidelines and regulations and apply high ethical standard in
day-to-day work EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE · Bachelor's degree from
an accredited college or university · Minimum two years of
experience in field-based sales or direct client engagement, with
documented success in meeting performance goals; pharmaceutical,
specialty, or healthcare experience is preferred · Experience
contributing to new initiatives, product launches, or
growth-focused environments is a plus QUALIFICATIONS · Demonstrated
ability to prioritize, execute, and ensure timely follow-through in
a fast paced environment · High sense of urgency with regards to
customer service · Some knowledge of pharmaceutical and/or
healthcare products and industry preferred · Strong business acumen
and ability to identify market opportunities and take action ·
Sales experience in a performance based, quota-driven role
preferred · Proficient in using CMR systems and other technologies
to drive effective planning and execution · Must maintain a high
degree of integrity and be highly ethical at all times ADDITIONAL
REQUIREMENTS · Candidate must live in the territory · Ability to
travel within the assigned territory; overnight travel may be
required – depending on territory · A valid driver’s license and
