Job Description Job Description As a Sales Development Representative, your role is to help create opportunities for our licensed sales team. Responsibilities include: • Making outbound calls to verify client information • Following up with prospects who requested insurance quotes • Setting appointments for our licensed agents • Helping identify opportunities for Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance • Working closely with the sales team to help convert leads into customers • Celebrating wins with the team when goals are achieved What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: • Positive and energetic • Coachable and eager to learn • Comfortable speaking on the phone • Organized and dependable • Motivated by goals and personal growth Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
