Global Payments Inc., a frontrunner in payment technology and software solutions, is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to expand our software solutions footprint. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and increasing market share by leveraging our cutting-edge technology offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored software solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and profitability. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Deliver presentations and demos of software products to potential clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide timely and detailed feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities. Negotiate contracts and close agreements. Collaborate with sales teams and technical staff to ensure client needs are met. Proven ability in B2B sales, particularly within the technology or software sectors. Strong understanding of sales strategies and client management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple accounts simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance technologies. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certification in Sales Management (CSM) recommended. Any certifications related to software sales or product training would be a plus.
