pediatrics, our clinic provides the mentorship, flexibility, and
patient-centered care model you’ve been looking for. Looking for
afternoons starting with 1pm-5pm Monday-Friday and if wanted, can
build to 40 hours/week. Open to hiring part-time employee with
guaranteed hours or Pay Per Visit or Contractor/PRN Three ways to
join our team: 1. A Part-time Employee with a guaranteed hourly
rate. For a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position
the hourly rate is based on years of experience and ranges from
$33-$43/hour - hours are Guaranteed and it is W-2 position. Must
work at least 20 hours/week to get benefits. 2. Pay Per Visit (PPV)
- this is a W2 position with a higher hourly rate than the
guaranteed hourly position $60-$90/hour , but you are only paid
when you are with a patient. Comes with benefits if at least 20
hours/week. 3. Contractor/PRN which is a 1099 position and is paid
at $45/30 minute session ($90/hour) and $80/evaluations. No
benefits. MUST hold a Texas license as a speech language
pathologist (see requirements below) At Cole Health, we value

Candidates for this Speech Therapy position shall have the
following: Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy Texas State
license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) Master's degree in
Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required Passion
