Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in home healthcare services, is
seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse
(LVN) to provide nursing care for adult patients in the comfort of
their homes during weekend days. This part-time position offers a
unique opportunity to work within a supportive team environment
focused on enhancing patient quality of life and optimizing health
outcomes. Ideal candidates will possess robust clinical skills, a
patient and caring demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in
a home setting. Administer medications, conduct patient
assessments, and monitor for changes in condition. Implement
physician-directed care plans and document patient progress.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare
team members. Ensure compliance with all health and safety
regulations within the home environment. Educate patients and
families on health care needs, conditions, and options. Proficient
in nursing practices and protocols. Ability to operate medical
equipment. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Capability to work independently in a home care setting. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current
LVN license valid in the state of employment. CPR certification
required.
