Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leading national provider of diversified
home healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and diligent
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide nursing care to patients
in their homes during evening and night shifts. This position
requires a commitment to delivering personalized care aimed at
helping patients achieve their maximum potential within the comfort
of their own homes. As an LVN at Aveanna, you will work closely
with patients, families, and other medical professionals to
administer comprehensive care plans that address specific health
needs and promote wellness. Administer nursing care to patients in
a home setting. Monitor patient's condition and report changes to
healthcare provider. Ensure adherence to care plans as prescribed
by healthcare practitioners. Assist with patient mobility and
transport when necessary. Provide emotional support and
compassionate care to patients and their families. Maintain
accurate patient records and document all care provided. Comply
with all healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with high
attention to patient needs Ability to work independently in a
home-care setting Proficiency in administering medication and
providing various treatments Capable of crisis management and
emergency response Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Must have active LVN licensure in the
state of employment CPR/BLS certification
