The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and helping individuals reach their goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping others and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those they serve. Responsibilities: - DSP -SATURDAY/SUNDAY /TUESDAY - Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities. - Assist individuals with daily living activities such as eating, bathing, and dressing. - Monitor the health and safety of individuals. - Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other team members. - Implement behavior plans and other strategies to support individuals in achieving their goals. - Provide transportation for individuals to appointments and activities. - Maintain accurate records of services provided. Job Type: Full-Time Expected hours: 32 hours per week Schedule: - 12-hr shifts and 8 hr shifts - 830 AM- 830 PM / 1230 AM- 830 AM - SATURDAY/SUNDAY /TUESDAY Work Location: In person
