Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Contractor must study an entire
product line of outdoor equipment and be comfortable with a huge
learning curve. You will be responsible for answering all inbound
inquiries, with an overall goal to effectively diagnose customer
needs and provide industry leading support/solutions, while
delivering high customer satisfaction and individual results.
Responsibilities: - Conducting inbound/outbound customer service
calls. Creatively solving problems. - Use fundamental technical
troubleshooting skills to isolate, analyze, and provide resolution
to customer issues. - Quickly assessing customer needs and
providing sound solutions. - Documenting details of calls and
customer interactions. - Managing multiple systems, programs, and
screens simultaneously. Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of phone
based, customer service experience - Computer skills including
navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems - Strong customer
service and written skills - Comfortable empathizing and remaining
patient with difficult callers Requirements: SYSTEM AND HARDWARE
REQUIREMENTS: Agent must provide his own Computer with the
following specifications: - Processor: at least Core i5 - Memory:
at least 8GB RAM - Operating system: Windows 10 - USB Headset with
extended mic and with noise cancellation - Internet speed of at
least 30mbps download and 30mbps upload - Internet should be wire
connected NOT via Wifi - Quiet Working Environment
