Stafford Visual & Performing Arts Elementary School (SVPAE) is a
K-5 campus with a focus on Arts and Arts Integration. Students have
access to daily arts classes and traditional classroom instruction
is enhanced with cross-curricular fine arts activities,

who has a passion for the arts and student-centered education, and

Direct and manage instructional programs and supervise operations
and personnel at campus level. Provide leadership to ensure high
standards of instructional service. Oversee compliance with
district policies, success of instructional programs, and operation
of all campus
activities.Qualifications:Education/Certification:Master's degree
in Education or directly related fieldValid Texas Standard
Principal or Mid-Management certificationAdvanced Education
Leadership (AEL) certification, Instructional Leadership Training
(ILT), or Instructional Leadership Development (ILD)T-TESS

continuous improvement ensuring every student has sufficient
opportunity to meet and exceed standard.Human Capital The principal

campus.Ensures campus facilities, equipment and support systems

respectful learning environment that ensures the social, emotional

function.Supervisory Responsibilities:Supervise, evaluate, and
recommend the hiring and firing of staff assigned to campus
including assistant principal(s), teachers, counselor(s),
librarian(s), instructional aides, clerical support staff, and
custodians.Tools/Equipment Used:Standard office equipment including
personal computer and peripherals. Mental Demands/Physical
Demands/Environmental Factors:Posture: Frequent sitting and
standing; occasional bending/stooping, pushing, /pulling, and
