Job Description:

Arlon Graphics, LLC, a leading manufacturer of high-quality cast vinyl for various professional graphics applications, is looking for a Maintenance Systems Technician to join our engineering team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our manufacturing operations are optimized and uninterrupted by implementing and maintaining advanced maintenance procedures and systems. The ideal candidate will be skilled in maintaining technical equipment and systems with a clear focus on reliability and efficiency. Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. Implement preventative maintenance measures and document maintenance schedules. Work alongside engineering teams to develop and refine maintenance strategies and installations. Assist in the development and upgrade of machinery and plant infrastructure. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Record and report all repairs and maintenance activities accurately. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in using maintenance management software. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) is preferred. Electrical or mechanical trade certifications. Forklift operation certification may be beneficial.
