Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient Patient Population: High demand
due to an estimated 220,000 diabetics in the community Job
Description: Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
Endocrinologist to provide specialized care for patients with
endocrine disorders. This position offers the opportunity to
collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and make a significant
impact in an underserved community. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose
and manage a diverse range of endocrine disorders, including
diabetes, thyroid, and adrenal conditions Provide both outpatient
and inpatient endocrinology care Collaborate with primary care
physicians and specialists to optimize patient outcomes Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans, including lifestyle
modifications and medication management Educate patients and
families on disease management and adherence to treatment plans
Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions for complex cases
Stay updated on advancements in endocrinology through continued
education and research Qualifications: Medical degree from an
accredited institution Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in
Endocrinology Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain
one Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills Prior experience
