Description February 2026 New Grad RN Residency Program We are
currently accepting applications for our next new graduate RN
cohort to staff various units within our hospital system for a
February 2026 start date. These positions are for graduate nurses,
or brand-new RN's with less than 12 months of RN work experience.
This requisition is for all New Grad Nurse Residency opportunities
throughout CHRISTUS Santa Rosa. Locations include: The Children's
Hospital of San Antonio, Westover Hills, New Braunfels, and San
Marcos. Please apply to this position to be considered for
available specialty unit openings. A recruiter will discuss your
areas of interest and opportunities available during the
prescreening process. Virtual interviews will be held with unit
hiring managers. You do not need to apply to other job postings to

Residency. If you are a recent or upcoming nursing graduate, or an
RN with less than 12 months of work experience in acute care, the
Nurse Residency Pathway at CHRISTUS can transition you into the

preceptors and other residents, and much more. Job Requirements:
Education/Skills Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
Experience One year or less of experience as a licensed RN or
holder of an active GN permit Licenses, Registrations, or
Certifications BLS required RN License in state of employment or
compact Graduate Nurse Permit Associates with an unsuccessful
licensure application or on the 75th day following the effective
date of the temporary permit; will be transferred to another
