SDMC Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule Shift: 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM Job Description We are seeking
a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week
contract position. This role requires expertise in various physical
therapy disciplines, particularly in neuro rehabilitation. The
position is within a facility that provides a variety of
rehabilitation services. Responsibilities Follow treatment
schedules provided for patients in IPR, OP, and acute settings.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive
care. Meet productivity standards while maintaining quality care.
Utilize the CARE tool for patient assessments and progress
evaluations. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must
have experience in neuro rehabilitation, including spinal cord
injury and brain injury. Experience in acute, IPR, and OP therapy
settings is required. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in
