Job Description Job Description Location: San Antonio, TX, 78223 Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Night shift In-Person Role Compensation: $17.00 per hour Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Crew Member (Wrapper) to join our team. This role involves wrapping, palletizing, and preparing products for delivery in a cold warehouse environment (produce) . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in refrigerated conditions. Key Responsibilities: Wrap, label, and secure pallets according to company standards. Prepare and stage orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure products and quantities are correct before wrapping and palletizing. Work safely and productively in a refrigerated, produce-handling environment. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area throughout the shift. Assist with general warehouse duties such as loading, unloading, and stocking as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Work with team members and leads to meet nightly production goals. Requirements: Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required; training provided. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods. Comfortable working in a cold environment handling produce. Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
